I've received a Claim Form (N1). What now?

You have 14 days from the date of service to respond. Ignoring it will result in a default judgment (CCJ) against you.

Your Options

1. Pay the full amount.
2. Admit part of the claim.
3. Defend the claim (you must file an Acknowledgement of Service to get 28 days to submit a defence).
