CCJ Set Aside Application Support
Can a CCJ be removed?
If a CCJ was entered against you incorrectly—for example, the claim form was sent to an old address and you never received it—you can apply to the court to have the judgment "set aside."
The N244 Process Explained
Setting aside a CCJ requires an N244 application form, a witness statement, and a court fee. You must also prove you have a real prospect of successfully defending the original claim, or there is some other good reason why the judgment should be set aside.
How We Help
We assist you in drafting your N244 application and witness statement, ensuring you highlight the correct legal grounds (such as CPR 13.2 or 13.3) to the judge.
